Standing at the crossroads of time and not even know it at the time

Multi-keyboard setup and Barry Warne featuring an ARP Omni, a Hohner Clavinet, Hammond M-100, Minimoog and ARP 16-voice piano.

For me that was smack dab in the middle of the 1970s with the rise of the multi-keyboard setup and the keyboardists that played them.Rules on how to play stacks of keyboards would never be fully written and equipment standards were only beginning to coalesce. MIDI was only the faintest glimmer in the eye of instrument engineers. What follows are exploits, pitfalls and victories as I navigated technology and music, being in bands and playing gigs.

Fortunate to continue making music on traditional, ancestral and unceded lands of xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh)
